Why not?
So, for all of the obvious reasons, this is the selfish phase of my life and as such filled with daily discoveries. Here are two.
1.
The day every widget is self-powered and cordless may become for me the happiest day, ever. If they have to use nanotechnology to build nuclear bombs or grow germs inside everything to make it happen, I don't care. How much more hazardous can life get already? I am just tired of being bothered by the clutter of cords.
2.
All spending is justified as long as it is what you want. Whose rules say grabbing onto money is a better life than letting go? If we deny ourselves of what we want, what hope is left? Besides, one should never forget to remember that money is just an illusion which is most easily traded for happiness. |
