Canceling the auto insurance 8 days before the storm
Befriending complete strangers in New Orleans 2 days after the storm,
only to find them again in the same hotel in Houston 6 days later
Having over 300 teabags in 5 varieties and not a single cup to make the tea
Qualifying for mail-in rebate offers only
Having lived an entire year without TV, only to be trapped in hotel room
with nothing to do but watch it again
Subconciously all of my new clothing purchases are in the same only 4 colors that I had brought with me...green, purple, white, black
